Intimate, inviting, very friendly atmosphere! Delicious food and hospitable staff. They should consider live music during weekends. There is a parking lot at a walking distance that is free and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is also family friendly.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Theos Estiatorio in Ft. Lauderdale. My wife and I came to celebrate our 17th dating anniversary, and while the team didn’t know, they delivered a night worthy of the occasion. We began with a bread basket followed by the cheese saganaki, and the grilled octopus — each dish perfectly prepared, rich with flavor, and beautifully presented. The lamb shank main course was the star of the evening: tender, fall‑off‑the‑bone, and deeply satisfying served over Orzo. For cocktails, the spicy margarita had the perfect kick without overwhelming the palate, and the pear sour was bright, refreshing, and expertly balanced. For dessert, we tried the traditional baklava and were gifted an Ekmek Kataifi to try, both were delicious. It was a Friday night and the atmosphere was a bit noisy which presented a bit of a challenge to have conversation but I wouldn't expect anything less of Greek establishment. A special shoutout to Brandon and Stefanie, whose superb service and genuine friendliness elevated the entire experience. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, and their warmth made the evening feel truly special. This place is a GEM.. "Opa!"

We had such a beautiful girls’ dinner at Theos Estiatorio last Friday and will absolutely be back. The atmosphere feels upscale and stylish while still being warm and welcoming — perfect for a dinner date, celebration, or night out with friends. The energy inside the restaurant was amazing. Everywhere you looked, people were savoring long dinners, celebrating birthdays, enjoying date nights, and having intimate conversations over wine and beautifully plated dishes. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef came out to personally say hello to our table and share the story behind the menu and restaurant concept. We loved hearing the passion behind the dishes, especially learning that the kitchen only cooks with olive oil and butter — a detail that really speaks to the quality and care they put into the food. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the cocktails paired perfectly with dinner. Our server, Atef, was absolutely amazing — attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and truly elevated the experience from start to finish. Theo’s was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. Definitely ask for Atef (Feta backwards) because he made the entire experience even better. We started with the Watermelon Heat and Spicy Margarita cocktails, which were both amazing. For appetizers and meze, we ordered the Theo’s Chips, Grilled Octopodi, Chargrilled Spanish Octopus, Charcoal Grilled Shrimp, Greek Salad, and the Truffle Smashed Fries. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The Dover Sole was outstanding and easily one of the best we’ve had. And do not leave without trying the Baklava Cheesecake. Unreal. One of our favorite Greek restaurant experiences and we cannot wait to come back.

Great restaurant for Greek food. Service was excellent, fun and professional. The only disappointment was the noise level was quite high and if you are with friends who are low talkers, it can be a bit tricky to hold a conversation. The food was superb though and well thought out with great flavors.
